    It's interesting that the Judge's mind appears made up in this case. There's nothing like a fair trial before a hanging.

    Defence counsel may be well advised to ask for a mistrial.

    As I said earlier, and the defence counsel would be aware of this as well...the Judge for the disputed facts hearing will probably not hear the defended hearing.

    A biker had confidence in his own ability. Bloody rare thing these days. On the other side of the coin an act of god like a gust of wind or a mech failure and it's custard and cream without the sugar and icing. At the end of the day Carv. if ya gonna enter the race ya gotta be prepared to lose. Ya grand kids will love y for it even if the Judge does not. It's a rare thing to be different. Enjoy while it lasts becasue there comes a time when it ends.
