Have owned most Jap 1000's etc & everthing in between & they have all been great bikes , sold my GSXR1000 K3 with Ohlins this & that on it for my 03 RSVR Mille & have never looked back best thing I ever did ! . Most bikes wheelie in first & even a standard non R Mille will do it easly . Could bring mine round for you to check out if ya keen to see one of the trickest R's in NZ or can answer just about anything ya need to know about setting up one or what makes them go better etc

ThEy. If a Shiver can power wheelie in first, I presume that a Mille can too.

No offence intended but, my G2 'Busa will power-wheelie in 2nd , on demand ....easy as pie and, I have'nt properly run it in yet. Guess the Aprillia's are pretty long in the gears then ?

Also no offense intended, but it's not a "Millie" (that would be Paul Holmes' P-fiend daughter).
    It's a Mille, pronounced "Mee-yuh".
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

ok, took the bike for a ride, love the look and sound and its beautiful in the corners but. i dont like the brakes or the engine. i just want more at the top of the rev range. u hit the rev limiter and change gear thinking is that it. and it just stops pulling hard over 200 up till about 180 its ok but the zx10r any zx10r would leave it for dead. looks like im going to have to go for a jap bike.

Fuck that, he raised her from pretty much a fetus, she called him "dad" when she first got sprung by the old bill.

He deserves the shame she brings on him as a person, and our nation as a whole.

I like RSV Mille's, I had one of the 99 models for a while, thought it was great!
