    Moving to NZ

Wondering where a good place would be to move in around the Auckland, hamton downs etc.

Also going to be in need of a decent size garage/storage area for project cars and motorcycles.

The hamtondown APT were coming to mind but my roommate and I are looking to rent not buy.

Welcome - and exciting times looking to move down here.

Recommendation - come stay in a hotel for a while and get the 'lay of the land' - Hamption downs is a way out if you work in the city or the like.

edit - and there is nothing around Hamption Downs at all (except the prison).

maps.google.co.nz may help get a scope of distances.
