Thats true. We need to up the price. I wonder how much people want to get lobotomised. Say $5K for the anti-baby op, and we will also give you another $10K if you opt for labo.

I'm sorry I can't agree. While I agree its very wrong to provide any incentive for using th DPB as a lifestyle choice and would welcome a workable alternative, i think you're forgetting about the poor bastard kids who didn't ask to be born. If you can think of a way of ensuring they don't suffer for the sins of their parents then I'm all ears.

It's about time something like this was done. It should also be extended to all the sluts who stay at home all day breeding like rabbits who are on the dole costing this country millions of $ every year who can't even take proper care of their kids.
Could it be done using a gun?

Not bad, 9 posts before the bleeding heart liberals start ranting.
no the kid didn't ask to be born and i didn't ask to pay for it either so the best thing is just to put it down at birth.

I'd sterilize ACT. The biggest bludgers in this country are those that live on the wealth that is created by the likes of you and I i.e. the taxpayer.

    There's none so blind...........
The kids we are talking about here suffer anyway. Imagine living with a single parent who can't see further than their next DPB payment and the environment that generates. We haven't even mentioned the health and substance abuse statitics.
Doing almost anything would be more humane than doing nothing.

Yeah.... but as usual, it took a lot less for the "fuck everyone else as long as I'm alright" to start ranting

yep becuase we are sick of being fucked over and be made to pay for someone else's choice of living.

the classic example is my parents have worked all their lives and on the super get the same as some fuck who has pissed it up the wall, and to add insult to injury they get means tested and because the have saved they get less and get taxed on there savings.

Yes it is all so sad about all the bastard children and yes it was not their choice to be born and again it is my choice not to pay for them.
for far too long it has become a lifestyle choice and it is time it stopped.

Oh and as for the "fuck everyone else as long as I'm alright" statement, i bet you these fucks wouldn't give a shit about anyone else so why should we care about them.

We are only just out of the last communistic NZ state, it ended in the 1980s.

Less government control on every thing and more incentive on everything is the answer my freind

That could work I guess... but my views on the answer aren't exactly mainstream (Resource-Based Economy for me (communistic to a certain extent))... and as such I fear that until the government implement ideas such as the one stated by Garrett, NZ will go from the communistic 80's and end up stuck in the rut of rich getting richer, the poor getting poorer and all governments screwing the people in an attempt to balance the books... because money is more important to an economy than the people (I mean expendable resources)...
