I moved house last weekend, so the bike is yet to arrive (still stashed at mates, getting muffler fixed) and I have soo much to do before T/Busta, its mental! will see you guys eventually, but dead keen to go for a fang, its hurtin' and I will probably take a midweek ride if one is going.

Awesome Pornstar i used to go up sumit rd in the hutt and was a blast up the breaks, id ride up towards silverstream or over wainui way. Always keen to go for a ride up there u can really crack it open up those hills.

we're doing mt biggs, did rathkeale last year and mt biggs the year before so it's mt biggs turn again.

pretty sure the rathkeale ride is the "trail ride" not the "college" one but previous years had the college ride at this time of the year. whatever coz the rides could be totally different than last years anyway.

Looks outside and today is even better weather than yesterday and i think tomorrow is the same, premo weather for a ride.

Anyone heading out somewhere local this weekend? That Mt Bigg track looks like an awesome place to ride just a shame it so far away so if any1 is keen for a blat somewhere local im in!

I'll probably be at Mt Biggs if we can't suss out Manuka MX park in Wanganui. All these charity rides are normally good fun. Might see ya's out there.

mt biggs was ok, but a little too much of open paddock after open paddock. prefer it a little more technical.

Yeah agreed, the morning was better than the afternoon but the whole lot was a bit boring by the end. You can only do so many wheelies before flat paddocks get boring.

Track went up a rise and curved to the right. I gave it some stick went straight ahead up the steep bit and jumped off the top, turns out there was a reason you were meant to turn right.......... Landed in the pond and although luckily my bike landed on a plastic drain pipe which stopped it from going under and drowning (albeit bending my rear subframe), I landed in the water. Riding home with wet feet was no fun!
