I think Cain or was it Abel....................no it was God who had the right idea. Put a tat on their forehead 'I'm a drunk driver' or some icon taht says the same and any one who so much as gives them alcohol gets there car crushed.

Ya got admit sometimes God does get it right.

I don't like the idea of having my hand inside the car when the driver decides to do a runner ...

It's also tricky if the car keys aren't on the right hand side of the steering column, or if the car doesn't require keys at all.

its all good arguement for drinks and smokers having photo ID licenses required for purchases.
How ever there is light at the end of the tunnel, I've been reading reports about Govt looking at banning these "de-evolving society" products in the next 10-15 years.

Well, mine was a 1950 Bradford, all 2-cyl and 8hp with a top speed of 38mph and rod-actuated brakes! I tore up Auckland streets in that! However I upgraded to a 1959 CA Bedford with a 1500cc motor and 3-sp column shift that would do an indicated 60mph! Great fun on gravel roads back in the day!
