    I doubt I ever will.
For some reason I feel a sense of pride in knowing that too.

There is nothing wrong with being average mate. It means you are already ahead of 50% of the population! Glass is half full...... not empty.

    Can I borrow $20?

I am proud of the hard work I have put into training my dog, when so many people told me I need to "put that dog down". He has become a loving best friend who is completely devoted to me - still extrememly hard work, but so worth the 4 years of constant effort.

I am proud to have met my hero, My grandad. And of the love that I earnt from him.
Stop calling me Grandad and put that damn dog down!

I am proud of those who stood by me when I didn't deserve it.

Achievement is not always success while reputed failure often is. It is honest endeavor, persistent effort to do the best possible under any and all circumstances.

I consigned my 'pride' to the dust heap of my past years ago...........and replaced it with Self Respect.

First time in a long time I'm happy to say that I'm proud of myself.

    Proud of:
    - Being tolerated by my wife for 38 years
    - Having 3 adult kids who work hard, have great attitudes and values.
    - Being an NZ'er, even if I did come here from the UK in '75. Immense pride in what being an NZ'er represents, even if it doesn't seem fashionable to say it.

My kids do me proud year on year, not because of the jobs that they do or the wealth they've acquired but simply because they have turned out to be decent loving Human beings when it's so darned easy not to be, especially being disadvantaged by having me as their Dad Bless 'em.

Finally, and not quite so cornily, I'm very proud to be the owner of a shiny new Harley and a GSX1400...oh yeah!
Taking my hat off to you my man. Well done to you both!
