I am getting Daytona riding lessons today.
My first time riding a sports bike.
I am not sure if I am excited or terrified, both I think.
I hope my Bonnie dont find out, shes a jealous bitch.

Good luck and have a awsome time!!!
So how did it go?
When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.
I know what you mean, when I brought the stripple home bonnie wouldn't speak to me for a week, but soon realized it was the one with the pack rack and got to go on holidays, rallies etc.even got to go on a coffee run if there was a wee lass involved, and all the stripple would get was a good thrashing
Ah, so this means that there might be a cheap Bonnie going soon- kinda, on the rebound sort of thing?
Well after the Blackbird which I cherished for 8 years, moving to a Street Triple was a revelation and love it to bits, albeit for different reasons. The torque is amazing. You say that you don't do the long hauls anymore but a smaller bike is more than capable. I did 700 km days from Coro round East Cape and Hawkes Bay recently with no problem at all and will be doing the 1600 km in 24 hours ride on it this October. Smaller capacity bikes certainly doesn't mean a lack of performance these days!
