I've been lucky not to get pinged on that stretch of motorway. Even the traffic in the slow lane are doing at least 10 ks over the speed limit..... ive been doing 80 in the middle lane and have volumes going by me in the fast lane doing 100+

the worst aspect is that it bottle necks up there because it gets so narrow. You get several lanes of traffic with huge speed differentials.... it can get quite hairy.

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

You are a dumbass, currently, or at least earlier this evening, but amen to these two points. HATE hi-vis! Just get out of the freakin' blind spots. And only "colour" that will help you be visible at any time, is colour black during sunstrike. GET SOME!

And while trying to figure out what the hell to do with a reference number:

    http://www.fishpond.co.nz/Books/Nonf...cles+roadcraft

If anyone wants to support local. Is fishpond local? I think it is.

    Man it's late.

So now you have to ride like an angel for 15 months.

Look on the bright side, you are still in one piece and you still have your licence.
