Which raised another memory; my brother and I use to nick off down to the Regina lolly factory in Oamaru, dive into skip-bins of discarded sweets being thrown out. Took three years to figure out why they never released a type of lolly we always found in the bins, apparently you are not able to package rat poison for human consumption lol. Well I'm still here and I'm not a fat bastard so can't have been that bad for us.

Ahhh, yes I recall the smell of hot chocolate in the afternoon as I cycled past Regina on the way home from WBHS. Later on, Mrs Oakie cleaned there and would come home with pockets full of 'seconds' that were just jeft for people to take home.

I feel for ya D. - today when doing Taser stuff we were reminded we had to have new pepper-spray cos the old stuff had an alcohol base (Arghmmmm, alcamahol!!) and if we sprayed somebody with the old stuff and then Tasered 'em they might burst into flames if a spark ignited the alcohol based pepper-spray.

Shee-it, if ya get pepper-sprayed and then also need Tasered as well ya probably deserve to burst into flames....

You'd be in deep pooh if you tasered someone who suffered from acute spontaneous human combustion.

Mind you there are so many that do it wrong. Years ago on our honymoon the wife and I were at a small cafe type 'rese rant" and this couple comes in with a babe in arms They sit down and the mother places baby in adult chair and baby slips thru the back of the chair and hits the floor.
