Maybe the argument could be made that ACC is not the right venue for help for victims of sexual abuse. But to force people to claim a mental "injury" in order to receive counseling for sexual abuse is a further form of abuse to those who are not in a position to handle it.
IMO provisions should have been made for a different way to handle sexual abuse claims before simply pulling the rug out from under abuse victims.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.
