I thought he rode a donkey..... Maybe by today's standards that would be something that is slow, difficult to start and when it does it takes off on its own direction!

Maybe those hideous photos/videos that SCU take of the dead and dying after a crash should be part of the punishment for those wankers with so little value for others or themselves or worse even the affect their own death will have on immediate family. Family's are affected for years and years, kids especially.
At the funeral mates will go sullen, look at the ground a lot, see the wife/kids destroyed by what's nothing more than weak selfishness, think about their own near misses and think about not wanting to do that to their own wives/kids etc...until the next ride or some time well into it, "oh fuck that was close must remember ___________ next time on that bit"...
Save it for a track, if that's not enough man up and go work(?) with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Apiata for a month, at least they will be fucked up, off the bikers ACC account and the kids have a hero to look up to rather than a dip-shit with no self control.

So convenient getting out on to the pavement rather than on the road side.
Cool to stop and talk to people on the side of the road, to other motorists etc.
And it's good to be different; as you should well know!

I wonder what the forum members would have to say about the guy who complained to McLaren that his car had developed a miss at 200mph (324kph). When asked how often he went 200mph he replied "every morning on the way to work".
They thought he was joking but when their technician plugged the car in and downloaded the telemetry they found that indeed, every morning on the way to work, he was hitting 200mph.

And spewing when piss-crook from that is waaay easier, except the 200mm wide doors on the Thunderbids make it a tad of a mission....SOMEBODY has to wash down the doors next day...

So - how do you feel about the law that says one should indicate when one is turning or changing lanes/direction..?

I beleive you feel that one is stupid...?

Or is it just stupid on that occasion you were stopped and ticketed for it..?

No i dont think that law (law or rule..whatever) you gave as example is stupid at all!

I did not say ALL laws are stupid i said ALL laws are inconvenient for someone out there ....for me inconvenience is speeding law (because i know how to ride at ..shock horror 123km/h), and for people that like to smack their children its "anti-smacking law" for wife beater its "assault" law (i guess also anti-smacking)... those laws are not inconvenience to me tho because iam not planning on breaking them! (but one is stupid and one isnt...try to guess which one)

so yeah the point iam again making is.. some are laws are stupid (like speeding one) and some are not!

Yeah well, inconvenience aside, the law can only be one for all, rather than some for the capable and others for muppets.

I would personally like to see bikes be allowed another 20km/h on open roads but alas the cotton wool hug a tree brigade would never let that happen.

You see and thats where police discretion should come into play....i know its not fair that we should be treated differently but it should be common sense that i can corner/brake better than some "people mover" made in 90's so maybe giving us(bikers) some slack in regards to speed would be nice..however i do have speeding ticket for 61Km/h and i think thats just retarded!
