    hmmm meeting the bank manager on monday, if i get my loan approved i could be doing a 400km ride on my new R6 next weekend

    anyone know the condition of route 52, keen to do it tomorrow if weather permits

    Awww, you're only doing a little bit of it!

    Haven't been on it for a wee while but watch that road from Eke to Alfredton - it can very greasy during winter. Also, the same applies for just north of Pongaroa. If wet or cold watch any shady places. And keep an eye out for the usual loose metal and roaming stock.

    Route 52 rocks but use care!
