    Well it's still going to offer more protection than an open face helmet.

    So if this guy is an idiot - then people that ride with an open face helmet must be complete morons.

    And then there are those Americans that don't wear any helmet at all.

    The size of the hole and where hes drilling it I don't see the problem.
    No different to installing a drink tube.

    Now if he were to ride 20k over his scheduled service period or rev his bike before it was warm I'd agree he is a knob

    The Christmas before last, I saw a guy in Petaluma (it's in California, near San Francisco) with this huge-arse aluminum (well, it was Mrka, so I couldn't put aluminium) bracket riveted or screwed onto the side of the helmet. Boggled my mind for a bit - I couldn't work out if it was for a radar detector or a handycam. But it would've been interesting at speed, or if he fell off on the left...
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.


    Or maybe not...
