Admit it HOT, you love your Fiat.

Sounds just like the SAAB 900 turbo I used to own, lovely to drive but a nightmare to own.

Interestingly I don't seem to have learnt from the experience...

    Evil child!

Now I'm wondering if they'd ever make sunroof-mounted airbags?!
Anyway, one of the joys of biking - not having to un-crick your neck from being in cars with low(ish) ceilings where you unconciously always end up with your head tilted over to go into the sunroof "dimple" - wife's Echo has been better than either of the BMWs (320 or 735) or parents LR Freelander.
He who shall go stately at the back and not stress out.
So Gareth what was it you said about MaxF's "Funky ass curves"? - God, now I'm worried...

What the hell do you people think you are doing clogging this thread up with messages about bike maintenance eh? It's just re-donk-ulous!!

It's OK, I think cruza was asking about spring compressors for his truck not his bike, so we're still reasonably safely off topic.

And btw cruza, I have some slightly dodgy home build ones if you still need some and you're game to use them.

Yes it's a bit of a worry when people are actually using the thread for what it is meant for.............
And remember ...... if it hasn't got one of "Uncle Flip's" prosthetic kickers it isn't a real motorbike!!!

Anyone know who makes a decent, cheapish 60/55w headlight bulb? Damn low beam has blown.

Philips (aka Osram) - BlueVision or +50. Usually last me 2-3yrs - and I've always ridden low-beam on - so worth the $$ (and avoiding the hassle/risk of continually having to get into the headlight). Narva aren't bad but IMHO the last a little less; at the worst I carry a spare anyway cos you never know when you (or someone else) will need one.

As the Queen once said she likes Philips bulbs. I have fitted Philips +50's to most of my vehicles. The 100W 24 volt ones in my Landy are just some thing else.
