Thread: Wanted - late-ish model track/race bike/damaged road bike for a track day fun

    Blah Wanted - late-ish model track/race bike/damaged road bike for a track day fun

    We have decided it is time for a track bike.


    LOCATION: Ideally somewhere in the north island, but if its a good deal, we'll get it from south island too, no biggie


    BIKE: preferably a JAPANESE - Something like SV650, GSXR 600/750, cbr 600, r6, zx6 - must be a bike that is popular and there are spares widely available, coz the chances are that it may do a slide or two.


    CAPACITY: 600cc - 1000cc


    YEAR: 2000 onwards


    PRICE: around the 5k mark


    CONDITIONS: Must run on petrol, running condition or minimum fixing required. plastics damage OK.
