Who watched "This is not my life" ?

    .....that was on last night.

I thought it was an awesome NZ-made Thriller set in the future. Great storyline that kept you guessing and made you keep up the whole time.
Definitely will be a Thursday nighter for me from now on.

We watched it and though it was hampered a bit by budget, Mrs. Bear and I thought it was well done and deserves to be given a chance. Very well acted by all the key players. We look forward to seeing how it develops the story line.

Tandy's as cute as ever, too!

Watched it half way through before i bothered to find out what i was watching. I was intrigued, I want one of those wee cars for my elderly friend & going to the pub. The main dude is annoyed & confused because his R1 has gone from the garage & he really prefers plump brunettes.
A captivating mix of Shortland street, the prisoner & that movie with Spewin Macgregor & Charlize Theron.
I think Waimoana will reveal itself to be a test bed for future National party policy, already the first person to question his circumstances has gone mad & disappeared.

I thought is was well done but it has a sort of "the truman show" feel to it.
I will be giving it a chance.

Not quite rubbery faced enough, they may play for laughs later. Guest appearance by Temuera Morrison methinks, in a little green car.

Good premise but needed a bigger budget.

Rodney Times had a feature. It was filmed in Omaha with some scenes in Takapuna at Smales Farm.

They mentioned it was on a limited NZ On Air budget, so all things considered, we liked it.

    Filmed in Omaha........

Was filmed in Omaha, they couldn't film on rubbish days lol..... Weather been a pain, and to be honest found it a bit boring.
Went to see Preditors, that was interesting, it could be more interesting with better fight sequences, especially with blades. That Yakuza dude should have sliced and diced that muppet like a cucumber.....
Would have been to see more fights, more weapons, and more chaos and anarchy. Hopefully the next one will be more................

I am glad I didn't miss it but needed a rerun so just watched again on NZTV On Demand. I think with a second run through I have grasped the story. Will be watching next week.
    Here for the ride.

I think I will have to check it out on NZTV On Demand as I picked watching Survivors over it as I remember the original series
