    Not dead. It was cancelled last year after a fatality on a club ride. It was always intended that it would continue, and I hope to have entry forms posted out to previous entrants imediately after our September club meeting.

    Glad to here it (though not about the fatality). 2012 maybe my year to give it a bash.

    I assume everyone varies re hydration. Nothing beats good sleep tho. Some use coffee, others start with water then slowly refill in increasing quantity of V / red bull etc. I just use mizone throughout, not too much liquid, not too little.
