    anyhow - where were we...

I bought the goldvalve kit and it arrived in 3 days, yes THREE days from the states, purdy quick and too cheap really! I went for version 2 as racetech talked me in to it lol, no idea what the difference is but they said if i have the time and can farrrk around with them then they are a much better option..... ermmm sure thing!

I also got some heavier fork springs, cool! i well under way for my superstock ermmm... conversion?

Hoping to have the front end sorted for testing next week, ok ok maybe the week after.

Next up i need to remove the exhaust valve thingy and find a better muffler (anyone got a fucked one for a 600 that needs a reskin?), make a new middle pipe (to the same size as the length removed) ermmmm what else?

i dont remember seeing anything in the rules about dialing ya cams in, slotting ya cam sprockets? is that shit legal?

It would have arrived the very next day if you had purchased locally and supported NZ business. And the price difference wouldnt have been what you think.
Is the company in the States you bought it off doing a whip round for Christchurch earthquake relief? I thought not, many NZ businesses will be helping.
Sorry if that sounds cynical but Im all for Kiwis looking afrer Kiwis.

Jasom Mcewan in his prime, always said the Gold valve stuff worked best for him, horses for courses I guess, I won a NZ 600 title using Gold valve front end kit self installed and an Ohlin's rear by RT
