What a squid! Jeans, open face helmet, ankle boots, it's riders like him that give us all a bad name.

Oh wait a minute, sorry, he's not on a sportsbike. That was awesome.

How to treat an F800GS, and how not to treat it.

Well, I honestly don't know how other luggage would have compared under the same treatment but what I saw was the luggage appeared to be empty yet the topbox lid failed so was flapping pretty early on and in the end the side box was lid was flapping too. Nothing some duct tape and/or bungees couldn't fix I'm sure.
The bike on the other had went really well.

ps that's the same video as in post#1

Not sure if you're serious with the first line or not.
Further investigation turns out he's in Shift Torque Jeans and Shift Fuel Street Shoes among the rest of the kit, jacket/gloves so he is in fact in full riding gear, though I'd like more protection but then I guess he knows his stuff a lot better than I.
As for the open face helmet, well I guess at least he has a helmet, I like mine full faced, but he does his stuff in the appropriate places such as on tracks and closed roads which is more than can be said for a lot of us.

Hmmmm, I wonder if the lock would be replaced under warranty & the loss of pies & undercracks reimbursed?

Well I have to say that was incredibly awesome. Shit those stoppies were ... well.. incredible - reminded me of a jet fighter coming to land on an air craft carrier somehow.

Yep sold the gear to me - they took some good hits - i'm pretty shallow tho.

Just watched it again & loved it even more the 2nd time thru. i'm pretty impressed with that camera still going after bouncing down the road.
