I note that Queenie is not going to be in attendance.

Probably something to do with "security"... or lack thereof.

The controlling Commonwealth bodies should never have allowed even the thought of India hosting the games. It's a bummer now, I enjoy watching them and even if they do go ahead, will only be a half arsed turn out at best.

Boot India out of the Commonwealth I say!

Otherwise why the fuck are we paying athletes.
May as well be school teachers.
Are you referring to SPARC funding? I wonder how much does get allocated to olympic/commonwealth athletes compared to their rugby counterparts? I know SPARC is pretty stingy to the shooting sportspeople, and they generally produce the goods (ie medals) compared to many of the other sportspeople.

Security, sub standard housing, shoody construction....it is all beginning to mount up.

    hahaha me too!!!
classic when you think about it.

After looking at what is waiting for the atheletes when they get there. I now say they shouldn't go.
We should just send out prisoners there.
We could host the commonwealth games - and all the athletes could stay at out 4 star prisons....oppps I mean "accommodation".
