Event has been put back to Saturday November 6th, just too wet around here, quads getting stuck trying to mark it out, not good, flying home yesterday, you can see so much water around the place, its crazy.

Awesome, sound's like it's going to be pretty gnarly. I heard the winner of the last years ironman vet class fainted when he came into pits??

Saw and interview with BT101 for his plans in the future and is due to be riding the HB 6hour.

Its drying out lots around here(in HB), sun and warm NW winds for the last couple of weeks have helped out. Sounds like the track is coming together as well from what ive been told.

Who does the lap timing for the 6 hr? 'My Laps'?
It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.

My laps does not do lap timing.

The timing and lap scoring is done by John Rushworth - www.silver-bullet.co.nz If you go to the events page and see the events in yellow, im pretty sure thats the events John does lap scoring for.

The 6 Hr has been cancelled!

Surely another club will pick it up - and transfer entries etc.

Competitors are booked to travel from Aus for that event.

from what i here there is land issues with one of the property's that was being used, it is not easy to find that amount of land and organise an event of this size easily, sad to see it not run this year, it is an awesome event
