I'm just left with a disturbing mental image of Edbear with a bunch of flowers sticking out his arse.....

    Here doggy!

We've been babysitting our daughter's Doberman, Candy, for the weekend. Not a lot of sleep last night, Mrs. Bear had to let her out twice and in the end just left the laundry door open. She snores and farts, (Candy, not the Missus...) and is alert to every new sound! At 6:30am she decided ot was breakfast time and I eventually gave in at 7:30 and got my brace on and fed her.

She wolfed it down as though starving and then wanted my Weetbix! She then wanted to go walkies and hassled me until I thought if I don't take her out she'll bust outta her skin! She's just got so much energy! So leaving wife and son in their beds having a nice Sunday morning sleep-in... I got myself dressed and clipped Candy's lead on and off we went.

Now Candy is still a baby Doberman, just turned 1 year old, but she's 30kg already and I was taken by surprise at her strength! She was so excited, she just wanted to see everything and go everywhere all at once! I wondered how I'd get on in my current weak state had she really tried to get away! As it was, I had to take a couple Morphine tabs when I got back and go to bed. Hope I haven't tweaked my back too much... So another beautiful sunny day and I'm in bed again...

Dobermans are beautiful dogs but they take a long time to mature and grow up!
Get a british bulldog - they are lazy and just want to chill out

My husband is a hard man (to the outsider) but a softy underneath - as men should be! It is a masculine man that will give his wife a little kiss and a cuddle in front of the other men (be it at speedway or wherever).

And one of the best indicator's of his feelings and loyalty is his readiness to do so in front of other women...

LOL!!! My daughter and son-in-law got her as a guard dog for their property as they run their business from home. She's a very rare "Blue Doberman" and worth a pocket full of gold as a breeder when the time is right. They've got Chino, their Papillion as their wee boy. He's about 2 now and a gorgeous dog. Thinks he's human!

Dogs and motorbikes....loyal and faithfull until the end.

    Your bike awaits it's Master.

Sadly I had to put my awesome Dobermann down on Monday...he was an amazing dog but due to bad treatment in his first year, (not by me the previous owner), he had a bad habit of biting and had shown agression to children. I miss him very much...

Yeah, my wife does the same, it's sweet and of course I give her a hug in return, but the other way around and I tend to stand off a bit and watch.

I hope she cleaned it up after... oops sorry you were talking about the wife not another dog

Sorry to hear your dog is gone genie, I hate losing a dog it is very sad indeed.

My current Mutt is part of the family and I know I will miss him heaps (partly 'cos the lazy sod weighs 45kg and is always getting in the way ) when he goes.

Take it easy aye it's not just the strength of the dog but how they change direction so fast, last thing you need is any more tweaks pulls or yanks on your back.
