    So in the original thread, the boyfriend who's bike you ride and the boyfriend who is unhappy about you riding are the same boyfriend?
    Yup. Which was what was making it awkward, because it's his bike I ride for now (until I get my own). But I think it's sorted now... *whew*

    On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

    Get a bike that needs a couple of little things to fix up and play the pouty "i need your help" role, that might satisfy his need to feel a little bit in control and boost his ego a little - that's never a bad thing!

    And you wonder why your wife booby traps the dish washer with sharp knives....

    Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes

    Who's wants to waste time in a relationship with an idiot that is not worthy? I'd rather be happy and alone, than be with someone just for the sake of being with someone. Can't imagine how some just make 'do'.
    Though there is a saying 'if you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with'. Must have been spoken from the lips of a shallow one.

    @Genie, hellokitty - Absolutely. Being happy with yourself without a relationship is really important. Sometimes I think too many people blame their relationships for their own issues. You sound like a lady with self-respect and confidence, which is awesome.

    @Stirts - LOL, no, I mean the relationship was completely unexpected. Sex came after.

    @Reckless - I'm 25, so no, not too young. As for 3somes...

    @Monja - I'm actually not too bad mechanically, but he does know more about bikes. It might help...

    Anyhoo OP. Have you gone for your basic skills n handling test yet?
    AMCC run theirs in the evening and you don't even need your own bike.
    To see a life newly created.To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
