I'd say it would take around 40 min to get out there at an easy pace, so you would be looking closer to 7:15 IMO (if you get away on time). On second thoughts maybe 7:30 by the time GP turns up

i know its a bit late but i was wondering if any of you knew what the name of the road was that i crashed my bike on, on the way to akaroa that evening. and what the posted speed limit was? i dont really remember the night very well so any info you could give would be great.
