The history of the MÜNCH Mammut 2000

In 1997, businessman Thomas Petsch, from Würzburg, purchased all rights to the brand MÜNCH. He started the MÜNCH Mammut 2000 project and showed, that even a small team can bring about top performances in the area of motorbike technology. Under the roof of the MÜNCH Motorradtechnik GmbH, 250 MÜNCH Mammut 2000 should have been built, so that the machine could become the strongest miniseries motorbike. Based on a modified 2-litre turbo-engine, the strongest but also most expensive manufactured machine of modern time was created. To make spectacular and courageous decisions at any time as well as shaping the future are ideas that keep to the spirit of Friedel Münch. Due to the high costs of production, only 15 machines were built from 2000 until 2002. Until now, the MÜNCH Mammut 2000 is the strongest serial production motorbike in the world

Im sure in the late 1960's early 1970's people thought a rotary powered motorcycle was an unrealistic goal, and yet you owned one. Just enjoy the beauty of what you have now, and in a few years there will be something new for you to fall in love with and want.

    I had an RC30 for 3 months...

It was awesome... Then I had to sell it to pay all the medical bills after a sports accident

It Was a cool 3 months

I've got aspirations for an RC 35 but good things take time & the dream can always be renewed when your talking about bikes.. TL100, HD Wideboy, Thruxton, R1100gs, Duke 916, ahhh the list just goes on forever!!

once your dream is a reality, you spread The Word, and share your joy.
for me? currently its from the book of Honda chapter Firestorm VTR verse 1000:
"ride me hard and fast, I was cheap and good value for what you paid."
in the future? well, wherever my fancy takes me.
    "I saw, I came, I conquered".

Ask yourself if the Honda CG110 was REALLY worth waiting for all those years?

I am a pedant: you either mean RC45, or NC35.

    So am I.

"VFR750P - A police-specification model with its own distinctive model number (RC35) was restricted to 77 ps (75 hp) and fitted with a 5 speed gearbox, modified main stand, gear indicator, uprated alternator, crash bars, higher handlebars, and modified speedometer. This bike was not on sale to the general public."

ewwwwwww who would aspire to own one of those. I think its pretty clear from the context he meant RC45. And I felt compelled to correct. My bad.

But you've dropped this thread to a whole new level with your mention of a cop bike special restricted power piece of shit. blech.

    carry on.
