Ok all is not lost. Just need to find a seal for the gear selection shaft. And we are back in the game with the new engine.

Bike is fixed. It is insane! Looks like the gas analyzer is fecked at the dyno. It was saying rich but what it meant to say was Lean. It has way more grunt even compared to the last motor. But with grunt comes clutch slip. Going to put the other clutch in and see if that one is better.

Don't know how much hp it has now but don't care the easiest way to find out will be to race someone with 30.

It is on like the donkey kong.

    pictures, or it didn't happen.

If I have to I'll just follow you round till it either
    1 - drops a valve
    2 - breaks a tappet
    3 - spits a shim
4 - breaks the cam chain
5 - shags the cam chain tensioner
    6 - some other 4-stroke drama . . . . . .

I will have the video camera facing backwards at Taupo. So there will be plenty of pictures to show what happened. 24 a second. I just wish it did slow mo.

No more talk, got to go change a clutch and fix an oil leak.

I've never thought of 25 horsepower as a "make do" level in buckets!

Well if you add the supposed Dyno dynamics to dyno jet conversion it could be 29.7

Or the other way could be only 20.

What would be good would be same dyno same day. Anyone got one on a trailer.

25 hp buckets have been around for a while,20 years ago the top 5-6 100cc buckets at the GP would have been making 20+ hp.so 5 hp in 20 years is not a big jump,11 hp is what a stock TS125 will make.

Wrong. You need to spend money to get power. To go fast you need to ride the wheels off whatever you've got.

you dont need heaps of money to get 20 h/p it's the + that adds up

and it's more like 10 extra h/p in 20 years there mate
    so thats 50% gain in 20 years and nearly a 300% gain over a standard ts125 ( 11 h/p? )

No, I really think it would be around 11HP, My arse dyno isn't calibrated all that acccuratley but it is a standard engine with a random pipe.
