You need to get to a speed tha allows the bike to float under you using the gyroscopic effect of the wheels to keep you upright, use the rear brake only and constantly scan the road for the right lines. Ride in the wheel tracks not the loose stuff. Stand on the pegs on the corrogations. you should all be able to do that anyway. and corners? turn them, dont fear them. oh, trebble the distance between bikes is a good idea.
