I hope you don't make a habit of giving evidence in court.

For the benefit of the doubters, post #59 below.

To assist some I have highlighted some relevant parts.

As can be read it is very clear although you will see the admitted speed is 85 km/h, so my mistake in regard to 99km/h.

And yes, I do give evidence in Court, I do win in 99% of cases, even when I am charged.

That was preying on people blinded by morning sun and concentrating on not crashing rather than temporary limits, bad show mr 5 oh.

That was a great plate mount on the bike. very ingenious with the roller bearing. For what its worth, well done sir.

Its a shame that some vehicle laws are subjective on the discretion of the officer.

By the way, if you didnt already know it,

2 wheels = guilty of something

add some skull and crossbones stickers and see how you get on

btw, nice to meet you 2 in the suspension tent

Do you make a habit of making stories up in the witness stand?

Your name isn't Constable Colin Randle Mower by any chance, is it?

When mate pointed our why he didnt pull over a car that was overtaking him on the inside....
And plate was mounted same as mine is just at more slanted angle... but still clearly visible. (yet legislation says nothing about angle..just "upright")

was not milos mate on a motorcycle and the other a busa on the back of the ute?

    To clarify:

Nope, my mate was riding his red/silver CBR (i ride black the one) as in my original picture in post #1 and he got the "triple" ticket at 7am in downtown auckland... i've met snapperhead (busa) at the track day once we got to pukekohe.
(So snapperheads ticket is unrelated to the ticket mate of mine got on his CBR...yet its similar as its same "roadworks" bullshit orchestrated by council/police to generate more "speeding" revenue so thats where the confusion comes from)

Either way this thread has got little out of hand..... all i wanted to say was i had awesome day at AMCC ART day and wanted to point out how well organized their track days seems to be.

....and while i was at it just to mention that i've come across another arogant ass of a cop and that what i've been saying all this time about good portion of auck cops hating bikers without any good reason seems to be true.

Also that there is definitely some kind of anti-bike blitz going on.
(from mouth of the osifer that morning: "we are clamping down on incorrectly mounted plates on bikes as our cameras cannot read them properly"!)

    What a load of BS.
If you had wanted to say what a great day you had you would have posted on the ART Day thread like everyone else but you wanted to have your normal "bag the cop" thread.
