Viv, with the revised proposed schedule...( o boy! ) you should be able to zip down in the a.m, meet us at the DuckPond and then head back up in time for you to get to work. O go on....

Assembly the Avalon duckpond by 12.00. Bring your pie to eat there, Leaving at 12.30
Ride up coast to Car park at Coastlands. We should be there by 1.15-1.30. FInd more food! leave at 2.30.
Next stop Cafe Eagle at Raumati for much needed caffiene.
It may well be a quick stop as we will be running out of day. Leave there by 3.30 and head back into Newtown McD's for dessert pie. I should think we will be there by 4.30.
After that, Im heading on a ride around the bays and then going home.

It's a social ride so anyone can join or leave at any place.

Not long to go now people, ooohhhhh....

There has been a bit of confusion over the FBMC event dates so I shall try and clear this up now.

The FBMC Launch Lunch scheduled for this Sunday, 6th February is still on so make sure you have your desert pies, cameras and.....now what was the other thing.....erm.....oh yeah, your bike...all ready to go.

The Inagural Gut Bucket Race Day scheduled for the 6th March 2011 clashes with a number of opther events so that one will be rescheduled, but I will talk more about that at the Auckland Launch.

So there you have it people, Sunday is looking good for a gastromic couple of hours in the company of calories.....rock on....woo hoo

Looking at taking a ride up from the sunny Waikato if anyone else is traveling up and want to meet up in Hams or something.
