It's the baked bean's Katie. Leave the baked beans alone and the wind goes away....
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker

Dang it!!! I hate working late on a Wednesday. Was really looking forward to a blat tonight.... I put my jacket on, grabbed my helmet and decided 10 minutes to get to the duckpond (from Tawa) would only result in a hefty fine. Take care those of you braving the high winds this evening.

Cheers everyone, nice enjoyable ride tonight with a change of scenery.
Man those servings of wedges at Gordy's are huge. Bloody good value for money.
Saw most of you went back over the Paekakariki Hill, I just enjoyed my cruise down the motorway. Could have ridden for a couple of hours more.

Yes lovely ride thanks folks. I'M FULL! Got greedy, again.

Nice to do the Paekak (spelling?) again - need a lot more pratice at that one, don't do it nearly often enough. But had a much better run on the way back through and that was thanks for following Aaron. Cheers mate, really enjoy following you through the twisites, makes me get things right more often.

Time to play some Gi-tar I reckon.

Yes, we had a good ride, went over Haywards - Paekakariki Hill to Gordy's @ Paraparaumu, with the power cuts in Featherston there was fear that the beer would be warn and the chips cold.
I'm not saying let's go kill all the stupid people...I'm just saying let's remove all the warning labels and let the problem sort itself out.

Anytime Katie, it's good to have another cruiser to ride with (I'm not looking forward to the day you upgrade your bike).

It was pretty hot actually - looks like it could be a lot of fun indeed. Would be interesting to sit on it to see what to position is like.

Yes, must admit, I seem to ride my bike a little better and a little smoother with a fellow cruiser. Nice to watch your lines and how you head into the corners. Had a few points there I would usually back off from fear of scraping, but pushed through behind you and it felt great! When I do eventually change bikes I think it will take me a loooong time to shake some of the pretty shocking habits I have and get comfortable again. But looking forward to the challenge

Cheers for the ride last night all. Was different going out to pram but nice none the less.

I also had a very close call to losing my licence on the way home. But I won't go into it.
