    Any more news mate?

    Did you get a lawyer?

Really hope you get away with this mate. Regularly do about 200 on the empty on-ramps before slowing down and joining the motorway. Not a sodding chance you could hurt anyone. Actually on the motorway like Ghost Rider is a totally different story however.

It's downright fanaticism they have towards speeding.

Ignore most of the previous advice because it is all so much rubbish. None of them will be there to support you in Court.

You did something extremely stupid, man up and take your punishment and try and learn from it.

Why should the OP have to take any punishment if they didn't do anything dangerous? Going a bit too fast is hardly a serious crime (morally, not legally).

I doubt you would be so keen to face the music if you ended up in the same position as the OP.

If you have done something wrong, the popo will stop u there and then.If they say they have you on camera etc, ask to see it, if they cant show u there and then, you can tell them to stick it.Say nothing else and ask them to leave your property as they are harassing you, or you will use the full extent of the law to make the popo exlpain.

But if you have done it then just take it lake a man.

Watching Motorway Patrol and a guy in a TVR got pinged by a cop on his radar doing 135... Cop caught up with him and the only evidence they cop had to give was that he was sure it was him.. no video evidence or anything.

Not entirely sure its fair (i.e did the cop even ping the right car) but seems as though the cops word is gospel.

Not sure much can be done in this situation.. still I think I would have taken it to court and got a bloody good lawyer if it was me!

Im sure you would be singing a different tune if the said person doing alleged 200kph plowed into your car and killed someone.......a human travelling at 200=kph does a lot of damage to cars and other people when they collide.

A vehicle travelling at 100kmh can kill someone just as dead as a vehicle doing 200kmh.

Yep but the moron controlling it has 8 times the distance to prevent it from doing so at 100......

Remember other road users have to maintain 100 meters clear throughout a manoeuvre.
    (not that they do)
That was designed around the current 100kph max speed. If you want to go considerably faster then get the rules changed for more distance for ALL road users.

In fact perhaps the roadside boards with the message "leave 1.5 meters for bicycles" should have "Fuck off if your not on a motorcycle"? (sarcasm)

Shyt why not shut down the coro loop over weekends to a one way road open for bikes only?
Sign a form wavering your rights to ACC and go for it!!!
Even then we would argue counter or clockwise around.....

I saw that guy - I'm pretty sure the cop was able to identify which car he was measuring! It's a completely unmistakable car. And then the guy was a total asshole, that's a way NOT to get out of a ticket. It's hilarious that he was on his way to a track day. Obviously a little too eager.
