Not that easy. Even though I know the movie is "Mad Max", I can't pace what the bike was or which main Actor was on that bike in that shot. I know it wasn't Mel G, as he was in the car.

Looks like the rider has stopped to check on the downed biker or just leaving after having do so. Looks if it could have come from "Torque" or "Biker Boyz".
