Aaugh! Me HORN!

Ok then... Here's a tricky one for ya.. I cant figure it out...

Pulled horn off as it wasnt working, Gave it a clean with a damp (not wet) cloth, loosened the volume pitch nut a tad and away she goes! Well, So i thought...

Turn ignition on, Horn runs sweet and sounds how it is supposed to.. Start bike up and even at a few thou revs, It sounds though a bucket of bolts are sitting inside... Any Ideas?

The horn sounds like a bucket load of bolts or the motor?

It's a Suzuki ... they always sound like that ...
