If you have decent tires you should have no problems.
The 42nd is ok in the rain/after a bit of rain, just if the river crossings get to high it can be a show stopper (just means you turn around and head back). We just need to ensure there is someone sensible making the "its too deep" decision....
(image provided of example of not too deep at all)

Fishers in the wet is nothing but great fun.
Where are people staying in Otrahanga on friday
Life shouldnt end at the grave well presented but rather, slide in sideways totally worn out yelling "shit that was a great ride!"

Is the guy still demanding a toll halfway thru Fishers? If so how much?
Mate!! you'd need to wear flippers instead of boots!! still might slow you down a bitWhen is this ride..9/10th or 16/17th? might see if Its possible....I'm back in for surgery on 15th so doubt i'd get permission to take the 690 out the next day....but they are so well ballanced you only need one leg to ride em

Last I heard (and it was a while ago) the council was trying to resolve it but he was asking $10 a head. Be worth a call to DOC in Natioinal park for an update....your turn Andy!
Actually, I'm at the Tussock Buster this weekend so if I can persuade Roger to stop in National park I will inquire. (seen the forecast...sunny skies again!)![]()
