and the gormless witham saying it was a nut that came off when u could CLEARLY see it was a wheel failure

Now what I want to see is a close up shot of the break , I looks like no. five is a brittle failure. How long has that wheel been used??
is my next question ( assuming it Magnesium )

I think that is pretty harsh, even though I had it in HD I replayed it multiple times in slow mo and still couldn't tell if the center of the wheel was still in tact or not. Pretty scary though, he was flippen lucky it happened at the slowest point on the track. If it happened going into turn 1 or the esses it could have been very bad indeed!

Well I have it one low res, Internet and can clearly see , if fact as I was watching that the first time , thought that wheel is broken , then witham saying ...nut off , rewind ..nope broken

I think he spoke to quickly

dont get me wrong I like witham , esp when he said what ever shes selling Ill have 3 bags luv

    but in this case ,,,whoops

    Stephen

ps if you look at the wheel just before it goes out of shot , u can see the shiny bit where the spokes are broken but the dark bit in the centre is clearly to large to be a hub , which should have been there if the nut had come off

Magnesium is good stuff but it does have its drawbacks , cracking is I think one ( from memory )

It does, in some cases probably not a good idea
