Well we didn't go to Tetsuya's tonight, but Wanpo and I both enjoyed a very nice meal each of medium rare Kangaroo loin. Poor Skippy, saw him on the menu and had to try some. Really quite enjoyed it, I'd definitely go some Kangaroo again.

So how do we get SteelPhoenix's user name changed to Gremlinette?
I was meaning, i doubt i will make it monday... so you will have to take someone else to try and balance them out... but given your comment below...

Sounds like when i was in africa... tried everything that was possible of the big game animals etc, and it was yummy!

and just need to know a mod... change can be made easy!

Handled very nicely, though felt a bit twitchy in 1st and 2nd, but that's probably just because I'm so used to my own bike. I'll add it to my list of possibles, but still want to test a Busa.

Interesting reaction from Richard at Botany Honda when I mentioned Justin's name, he laughed and said "oh so you're one of them" to me and then immediately listed Matt and Alan amongst "that group of reprobates", his words And now I'm tarred with the same brush He also mentioned Gremlinette by her real name and how keen she was on her new ride.

    Pic of said CBR attached.
TRAITOR! you bloody traitor! you have clearly spent far too much time with these boys because they have obviously brain washed you! so so disappointed!

He was evidently in a good mood... I've been called far worse

So... did he get a gleam in his eye when you said who you were, or did he beat you out the door with the handy baseball bat?

Just think... Botany Honda is really close to home aye... much easier for servicing etc?

Well, the helmet is fixed, thanks to the expertise of Toto! And under warranty - you're lucky, Gremlin!

That CBR looks really nice, Gale! The Botany Honda guys have been excellent with my bike (and me calling them up a couple of times and bugging them with questions about said bike). Come to the Dark Side... we have cookies... (and nicer bikes).

Don't you worry Tracey, I'm firmly in the Suzuki camp. But hey I'll test ride any bike (well I guess there are some I wouldn't ride...), never know when I might find one that I'll fall more in love with than my Suzuki. I'm thinking it'll be the Busa!

Harsh! I didn't say I was going to buy it, I just took it for a test ride. Don't worry Tracey I got back on my bike and she was beautiful

Like I said, no defection is imminent. Just gotta play the field a bit, right. And gotta know what the competition's like.

Yeah it was nice, but not nice enough to make me abandon Suzuki. And I don't really like that red.
I'm quite liking white bikes right now, Busas come in a nice shade of white. Mmmm, Busas....

I don't like the bubbly looks of the busas but when they are in white they look STUNNING!

Ah well... I guess a Busa would be a suitable excuse not to get a CBR thou... I agree with Zeo, they look good in white - though when I saw a couple of them in Coleman's, I was very taken with the metallic orange one - god only knows why, I hate orange!

Those white Busas with the blue decals look absolutely mint, love 'em. And with the pearl special edition too, Tracey your family's set the bar very high for style and good taste. I approve

@Gremlinette, you may hate orange but have you seen the KTM RC8? You simply can't hate that bike in orange/black.

haha damn straight, glad others have recognised this fact! and dad didn't like the K8 white with red decals so waited for the K9 with the blue decals... but the L1s that were in pearl white (i think they were L1s) are damn fine too! but of course my little sexay blue black machine is the hottest! haha (although wouldn't say no to someone giving me the more recent gixers... the lines on those are aggressive and HOT!)

hehe knew gremlinette would stick, especially since you were the one that brought it up on the thread, may as well just change your handle now! you are screwed now!

Yeah orange can GTFO! So not a motorcycle colour. KTM can GTFO too!

Yeah, I don't hate it... The KTM types just seem to do well with the whole orange thing - not sure why, but it doesn't make me immediately go 'ARGH, KILL IT NOW!' like most orange does. It's the lines of the bike that make me not-really-like it - it's very aggressive, blocky, hard, and somewhat inelegant in its execution.

The recent gixxers are very pretty - do they come in the same blue/black colour scheme that your bike has, or just the traditional blue/white?
