Surely it would have been quicker to use his brakes to slow down rather than his leathers ?

bla bla bla...blet! ...bla bla...blet! is a term I am familiar with and translates pretty accuately as....
    bla bla bla...fuck! ...bla bla...fuck!

The expression that sounds like nordman is in response to the question are you okay and means roughly...not bad.

As for the rest, if you really want to know...I will go find my translator....

As for the clip he was lucky the truck was stationary or his foot would be "BLETTED."

Would not surprise me if there was a little Ice contributing to the spill...it looks like that time of the year

Truckie should've seen the fast approaching wanker, his tugging motions were very visible.

He went down a long long way before the truck. Perhaps ice was a factor, but this guy really does need some lessons in emermgency braking.

I cant see any indication of any ice. Looks to me as though he just threw it away.

In order, first mistake was too much speed for the conditions. Second mistake is getting distracted looking at the garage on the right while not seriously reducing speed. Third mistake was not seeing the person in dayglo yellows standing out in the road to warn him.

There's your three-strikes-and-you're out. Any more mistakes after three in a row are just more nails in the coffin. Two mistakes is often recoverable, three is often not, and four is almost certainly not.

If you are going to make mistakes, only make two. One mistake = oops. Two mistakes = fill undies. Three mistakes = fill out lots of forms. Four mistakes = fill coffin.
