    be fair - not many people would go to the bother of painting a set of tyres....

    Besides - the first board tracks opened 1910 and given the pace of development in the early days - why would you bother with a 1908? And the home made looking frame n forks? Shudder - what a muppet, any quick search shows what a 1908 HD looked liked.... MAYBE - just maybe, it looks more like a cycle pacing bike but they usually had huge engines...
