Have you watched the DVd with the commetary on? it's the best one I've heard. Even the actors rip into their own acting and script.

    Tongue-in-cheek at it's best!

"The Road" jeezus, the most painfully slow, drab, going nowhere movie I've ever had the pleasure of fast forwarding. Why Viggo Mortenson got involved defies belief.

There are parts of Spinal Tap where the commentary is funnier than the script. Just a few, but gold.

If nothing else it was about measuring the interpretation and its accuracy.
Those that couldn't wade through reading it generally like the films less.

I agree, that was fucking terrible, had almost ofrgot about it too.

also Skyline has gotta be the worst one I can remember for a while, generally I enjoy anything with sci-fi and cool explosions, but

haha, that's a good review Some cool scenes like with the balrog, but for a decent storyline you're far better off reading the books.

Honestly - I don't think I am missing out! I hate fantasy and sci-fi bullshit. Never even seen star wars movies or series or the other one either.....

Could be the ADHD which makes most movie watching hard for me anyways!

You should do some more research on him if you haven't already. It's better reading than the novels.
