The choices for a new bike

Right so having blown up my faithfull old honda 250 has died (trying to keep up with big bikes may have been its downfall).

now since this was unexpected theirs not alot of coin sitting there for another bike

    2.5k sorta 3k maybe at a push

    currently tossing up between a cbr400rr 1989 89,000ks or a gsxr400 1986 95,000ks

thaughts and opinions i know im not really going to be getting a hell of alot for that money i just want something reliable and is good on the open road

Might be time to give the bank manager a hand job.

    3k on a old 400cc pushing 100,000kms worries me a bit.

bit up on your $ but really nice bikes.

Old but better than the 2 400's in kms and open road performance.

that bros is a good deal, if you want reliable and going to go for well over 100k with no major work, then buy that one
not as fast a a 400, but not much slower and def faster your 250

I reckon a GN125 with pink tassels on the handlebars would be perfect for you Jacob. I know just where to get one too

I've got a CB400 for $2k if you're still looking? Not as fast and tasty as a CBR400, but not far behind and it's comfier.
