quite often! If I'm beside one at the lights I rev up the engine to make them think I'm going to race them and then when the light changes to green I wait a few seconds and quietly cruise away. By then they've raced off with me having the last laugh. I rarely try to out race them, which I can easily do, but once I get to the speed limit I slow down they then catch up to me and it gets, invariably, a little ugly Mostly boys with a tiny p***s in japas.

I had faggotface Terry Serepisos try to race me on my old Gb400. He cut me off in traffic and wouldn't let me back into my lane. He was speeding up and slowing down. Boy racers try it on all the time, it's pretty funny

i forgot to mention bikers actualy, that is a gud point, although i have found its 250 riders tryn to race me, like it has been said above, i just let thm race of, i dont know whether they know that it takes them 3 gears and 5 times as long to get to the same speed as a little twist in first on my modest best.

The Jappas and V8s are common to race you, the problem is whether I notice or not, getting off the lights in town and every now and then you hear the irritating VTEC Civics' bouncing off the limiter....I've ridden away from the lights many a time only to notice as I get to 50 that there's an SS or XR8 trying to get beside me I even got lucky and had an Aston Marton V8 Vantage try get me off the lights, I let him at the second set because, fuuuuck they sound glorious

I had a similar experience the other day.

7pm, Takanini, the road was wet from a recent shower.

Filtered to the front of the queue waiting at the lights. Rode off normally albeit with a bit less emotion as the road was wet and I didn't want to spin my wheels. As I got up to about 55km/h in first (and was changing up to fourth) I heard someone losing a bit of traction fading into the distance behind me. Then I heard the distinctive sound of a Jappa IL4 redlining and shifting up gears. After what seemed like 5 seconds a boy racer in a late 90's integra, with big exhaust, mags, gauges etc, flew past me at probably 80+km/h. I met him at the next set of lights and he seemed pretty impressed. Then, just for fun, I casually destroyed him again (only up to the speed limit and then levelled off)

I guess you just so used to the acceleration of a bike that you forget to pity these boy racers who insist on spending all their money on polishing turds.
