    Practise in the shower, just to keep yourself limber in case you accidentally win something. You might find winning the occasional warm up lap will keep the spirit alive. I usually get a trophy for first into the Ambulance but I can't in good conscience recommend it. Bit hard to dance with a morphine drip in your arm and two broken legs,,but I've seen it attempted.

    I won the "first into the ambulance" award at the first methven street race last year.
    Lost the "mr popularity contest" for holding up the meeting before it had hardly started
