im assuming you wear something under your jacket? i would likely lean back a bit and get the dreds to fan out then pull my shirt over the top, hopefully spreading them across my back. tuck the excess into the waist band of your pants. thats the only thing i can suggest, sorry.

    ok, ok. seriously then.
My missus had dreads for about 6 months. Not quite as long as yours.
She rides a scooter daily, all weather, here in Aucks.
Not sure what riding gear you use/like. But hair over the riding gear, but under a vest (incl the traffic light fluoro Fugly ones if ya must) works ok. Gets wet, but takes much longer to get really wet.

Shrink wrap them...or a giant sized condom....
    Seriously, no idea, sorry doll.

Buy a head/neck warmer large enough for your head and tremendous locks then put the rest of the hair down inside the back of your jacket.

I find them excellent for winter and rain riding. Keeps the water and cold off nicely. Not sure if they make them big enough for all that amazing hair!

I like the condom idea. Just imagine Rattie with a pink, it would have to be pink, condom over the end of her dreads, hanging out the back of her jacket It would go nicely with the boots

A giant pink condom has a certain appeal.....

    so does scotchgard....

Toaster, I can't scrunch them cos it jams my lid forward and I can't turn my head to check traffic and so on. there is no room in my jacket, well not in the leather one anyway, could manage under the textile one.

duh-o I guess that's the solution, only wear the textile one if I think it's gonna rain? Probably under a vest might slo the soaking process a bit. I'll have to try it out. Sad- is a beautiful day here today, not a drop of rain in sight

    • Make a leather sheath tha wraps around your locks... You may need help to tie off... seen it done before with long hair and helmet... and works well.
    • Stich pocket on to the back of your jacket... put locks into pocket...have flap from helmet down and over pocket...
    • Bright pink condom.

simple options, cut your hair, or get a slightly larger jacket so the can go down your back.

how about a back pack! Then you got something to carry your dreads in even if they do get wet
