More smoke than a 2 stroke race bike even.

like I said in post #1 a JA which were oil burners LOL... its interesting watching the colour as the revs rise, as the turbo comes on song they go very rich, the MPG must be well out the door, wonder if its just diesel or they use additives.

may run bit of jet/kero in the mix if theyre running lower compression and huge boost.

Doubt if it would be a single huge turbo, more likely staged multiple (ie first turbo compressor outlet feeding second turbo compressor inlet, etc), to get the pressure and volume up

Maybe, but listening to a couple with dangerous today, you could hear what sounded like only one big turbo , they took what seemed like ages to spirl up and get on boost.

And they dump a bit of nitrous in them too.

    Saw a vid of a ' 91 Mustang do a 10.2 1/4 mile - and it was diesel powered.

Or LPG, there's been kits for road going diesels available for a decade or two which apparently give a bit of a boost

At 1st I thought they were truck engines, but I doubt you would get one under the hood of even a Ram... so Im asuming these Cummings engines are built for the Dodge's and Chev's... only well worked.

ahhhh, find a standard tractor that can pull what these guys do... look at the load, the driver in the dead weight operates the drag...
