Am thinking the cafe stye looks is fairly high on the need list.....along with avoiding Jappas.

    V11's win.
    I'd agree with that

AYE... the buell is the most agile larger bike I have ridden, mind you getting of the Guzzi onto it a gold wing proberly is to. Same goes for the riding through traffic (I understand if ya compearing to the 1190)

Kiwi Carguy... ride em both and your mind will be made up on the spot, some what different bikes.

EDIT: lol I see you made the choice... looking good, what made your mind up?
    cheers DD

Two things really... I like stuff that is different and the Buell is certainly a bike that people think what the heck is that and secondly maintenance. I've had a Ducati and love them but as a daily rider I think it may be too costly per year. I guess only time will tell.

I mostly think its just a flippen awesome looking bike. I'm not worried about 0-160, top speed or whether its quicker than this or that through the corners. Too many cops around now for that and there will always be a faster bike or rider. I'll enjoy it for what it is.

Nice looking bike there. Could not bring myself to buy the Buell. The Tuono is an awsome bike and largely bulletproof. My mate loves his XB12R so am sure you will love yours too.

Welcome to the Buell world. You will love it here. Next step is to join Buellridersnz and come to the rally this year in Akaroa..rally every year alternates north and south island, lots of fun....
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead
Do not walk ahead as I may not follow.
Do not walk beside me as the path is narrow
In fact FU*K off and leave me alone
