11 at Rhubarb? Bit chilly at 10 this morning! Us old ones need a bit of sun to get us going!!
Cheers JC
11am at the Rhubarb it is.
10am for those who need a latte to get going first...
I havn't been out on the TT for yonks.
Really looking forward to this
Except I suspect the rivers will be cold...
I'm tempted to put my good wheels on but will suffer through with the knobbly front and trials rear...
Done.
Yonks, haven't heard that word for yonks.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........
Righto..... 10:30 @ shat-o-roobarb then
Tyres..... Will my 7/8ths fcuked shinko and 5/8th's fcuked tkc combo be o.k.?
or... should I run with a trials rear and a kenda 760 front
or.... the dunlop 952 rear, kenda front
or.....I could use either of the rear's and a mt21 front![]()
Hmmm I might run my good mt21 front and completely rooted almost inverted knob t63 rear at somewhere above atmospheric pressure.
Tyres are like haircuts. Doesn't matter how crap it is because you will soon need a new one anyway.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

Ok I'll see you in the morning with whatever tyres are on it & at whatever pressure they are. My bike is so fricken fast the tyres go round so fast the knobs fall off
I hope we're not gonna do anything stoopid...again
I'll get Bec to run a bath just in case...
Edit: Anyone reading this in Nelson that hasn't been out with the NADS yet are free to join inthe hilarity. Bring a pighead for the banquet after.
In life as in dance Grace glides on blistered feet
Have fun chaps, I will beorientalorient exprO'Rientah fcuk it! running around in some trees with a map.
That and I am doing some book learning and my bike is still waiting for some shed time to get WOFable again. Bring on August and some riding time![]()
Cheers,
Colin
