if i won lotto id buy it........
so my dogs would have a new urinal.
The only problem is they have spent countless hours making all the parts, smoothing the tank, painting it, having sex with the pipes, the normal shit ya know? Then they stuck it together, realised it's fuck ugly and now want to sell it.
I wouldn't go as far as 150k being how much they've spent on it, but, the 80k mark could well be very realistic.

okay pete knew I would chime in sometime,I would love to see all of these bikes you people have built Oh thats right 98% of you don't have the talent to sit in your garage nite after nite hammering + welding steel I have judged this bike at the magog show 2-1/2 years ago and it is very well built the gearbox case and primary are one off's as are the wheels brakes etc,you have to sit down and really plan out what you want then make it all work, like trying to hide the electrics etc the problems that crop up and trying to figure them out can drive you round the bend,I know as I have spent 2 days making a bracket for a bike and not been happy with it and having to start again and I have just embarked on another bike and the first problem we struck was the mtr doesn't fit so of to my mate woody's and up on the frame jig it goes and remodel the whole top and seat tube so theres a week's work. It isn't easy building a bike from the ground up and with the one off bits to make,it gets harder and for what it's worth I like it.Oh yea when this bike went to oz a few years back jesse james was all over it and wanted to have a ride and that man has built a few bike's worth looking at as well.
I can understand being impressed from a technical point of view, knowing what was done in all its forms to build the bike isn't always so obvious but that inside knowledge can make the view of the bike very very different.
But put the bike up against another bike just on aesthetics alone then that's all it can be judged on.
Custom bikes are on a hiding to nothing from a cost point of view not only are you buying the finished item your also paying for the development and the mould it came from. Those costs aren't spread over its production run.

some of us don't really care about building bikes as a proving ground for opinions.. that some posters haven't built bikes neither lessens their opinions value, nor does it make them less informed.. WDFD.. that you have to tell us how fantastic this bike is in your view does't make it any more impressive to the rest of us.. and when it comes to customising anything trial and error is the norm not the exception, if you don't make errors you more than likely pinched the idea from someone else rather than planned it out to perfection.. someone will come up with the cash for the bike if it is what floats their boat, but so far all it seems to be doing is sinking most of them judging by the feedback in this thread..
