Can you imagine that sad fucks response if someone with a brain as small as his commented on a motorcycle racer dying saying "good job, they got what they deserved" (as we all know racing motorcycles is dangerous)??? I've come across some fucking full of shit freaks in my time here, but he takes the cake so far.

She doesn't have the class of a motorcycle racer of any degree.

If you want to draw some similarity it would be to someone riding with no helmet into oncoming traffic.

Would that be worthy of respect or would it just be some wanker hell bent on being dead?

that and one decent record album. She could sing a bit, she wrote a couple of good songs. And if it turns out to be drugs that killed her (I think I am right in saying that it hasnt been confirmed) then RIP.

However, if you liked the Amy Winehouse record, a lot of that would have been because she was backed by a KILLER band called the Dap Kings. Get the Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings record, its great. Sharon Jones is the real deal. Like a hundred times more talented than Amy W. Just saying.

    RIP Amy W.

I'm surprised to see that from you.

And her 'only legacy'? Hardly. She made more money in one day than you will in your 'legacy'.

Simply because she came unstuck on addictive substances, I don't think means she was classless. Just lost.

    How's your comparison work?

Will you say the same things if a child of yours comes as unstuck?

She was a manic depressive, alcoholic, drub addict living in a culture which encouraged such things. I'm not saying she's not responsible for her own destiny but if you understand the nature of addiction and also know what the UK media is like, you may have more sympathy for this train wreck of a tragedy. Like it or not her music was liked by many worldwide, so she will definitely be leaving her mark on the world, if not a tarnished one by her private life.

Fuck no mate. Much easier to sit on your high horse and insult the dead when you're perfect.

Drug addiction is weakness, That's not worthy of respect.

Money?...what good did that do her? In that regard would someone like Britney Spears be worthy of much much more respect due to her earnings?

Amy was famous for being an addict, that's nothing to celebrate.

A lot of talented creative people throughout history are/have been.

Ernest Hemingway springs to mind immediately but it'd be easy to make a long list.

Why should the dead be above reproach?

She lived and died a junkie, Nothing special about that, no need to sit on a horse, the average man standing at ground level is far superior to the likes of amy winehouse.

That's a negative little world you're living in.
