    Bike transport cost from Well to Auck?

    Im looking at a donor bike for mine in Wellington, anybody got an idea on transport cost to Auckland?

    About $300 (slightly less) with North Island Motorcycle movers. Ring Dennis on 0800 200 900 or email nzmotorcyclemovers @ yahoo.com.

    Weekly shipments, purpose built transport system. And a thoroughly GC.

    Hmmmm, more than i expected. But I can see how it would cost that. Just a bit much for a $1 reserve parts bike.

    $290 with biketranz (that was a year ago) so consistent with the other figure posted

    If it's just a donor and you aren't overly concerned about a scratch or two you could try general freight companies might be a bit cheaper.
